Effective immediately, this policy has been updated to reflect Boston Made, Inc. (“Boston Made”) as the provider of access to their services. By using or accessing the Services provided by Boston Made, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this Agreement.

If you are representing a company, business, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement. If you do not have the necessary authority or disagree with the terms of this Agreement, you must decline this Agreement and refrain from using the Services.

It is important to carefully review the mutual arbitration clause described below, as it will require you to resolve any disputes with Boston Made through final and binding arbitration. By entering into this Agreement, you explicitly acknowledge that you have reviewed and comprehended all of the terms outlined in this mutual arbitration clause.

  1. Age and Eligibility:
    You confirm that you are at least 16 years old. The Services may only be accessed through an electronic device under your control. To create and maintain a valid Boston Made account, you must provide accurate information during the signup process and regularly update it for accuracy. You are responsible for safeguarding your account login information, and each user must have unique login credentials not shared with others. You are also accountable for all activities conducted under your account.
  2. Temporary Use License:
    Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, you are granted a limited license to use the Services for your internal business or personal purposes during the authorized period. Your use of the Services is non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. Any rights not explicitly granted herein are reserved, and no license to use any trademark of Boston Made or any third-party is granted to you in relation to the Services.
  3. Your Content:
    You are solely responsible for all content and materials you post, upload, or transmit in connection with the Services (“Your Content”). By posting Your Content, you grant Boston Made a license to use, modify, reproduce, and store Your Content to provide the Services, ensuring security and protection from malicious activity. Boston Made reserves the right to remove or disable Your Content for various reasons, as outlined in this Agreement.
